Where does the time go? I sat at Cutter's graduation feeling like it was just yesterday that I walked him down the hall towards his classroom for the first time. Yet, I have a little boy who has grown up so much during the last school year. His graduation today was just perfect. He walked to the microphone and exclaimed with confidence that when he grows up he wants to be a Shark Scientist. Lucky me, I have the kid who wants to swim with deadly animals in the vast oceans. LOL
He is excited that it is the last day of school, he ate the 10 piece nugget meal for lunch at Wendy's , his good friend Brody came over to play for a couple of hours, and he is fixing to go to a birthday party at the Theatre to see UP. I heard him sigh in the back seat on the way to his friend's house and then he whispered to himself...This is the best day of my life.

Congratulations Cutter...you are such a big boy! You sang great at the graduation and I am so happy I was able to be a part your wonderful accomplishment! 1st grade...here he comes!

He is such a cutie and Congrats to you both for a wonderful year. It flies by. I dropped my oldest off for his first day of HS this year and cried harder than I did for Kindy, I think. LOL
My youngest, 10, is still set on doing something sharks, etc... Boys and the dangerous creatures. HA
I love to hear them say "This is the best day of my life," it makes you feel so good. Each and every time I hear my boys say that I just become mush.

My baby just finished kindergarten yesterday. WAHH! Where does time go, Jerilynn?? Our school doesn't hold a ceremony because (so they say...) they don't want the child or two who is retained to feel left out, but I REALLY wish we had a graduation. I would be bawling my mascara all over the place, if we did...just like some crazy Tammy Fae.
